Remove Mobile Access

We understand that you may wish to delete your Mobile Banking access with Regional Missouri Bank. Please follow the steps below to permanently delete your access:

Call Regional Missouri Bank at 1-800-748-7336 and tell them that you wish to remove your Internet Banking access. They will help you take this action.

Or stop into any Regional Missouri Branch location and tell them that you wish to remove your Internet Banking access. They will help you take this action. You can find our branch locations at this link;  https://www.regionalmo.bank/about-us/locations-hours.html

You can delete your Mobile Application at any time.  But you must notify us to fully delete your mobile access.

Nothing in this application is capable of closing your actual Regional Missouri Bank account. To close your Regional Missouri Bank account, please follow the instructions above to call or stop into any Regional Missouri Bank branch office.

If you delete your Internet Banking Access and in the future want to reestablish your Mobile banking access, you can do that by following the above instructions and asking for assistance to establish internet banking access.
